Job Title: MINING MANAGER

Directorate: Aggregates Operation

Location: Maloko Quarry, Kab Bogor

Scope of works:

The incumbent will be responsible to plan, organize, supervise and evaluate all activities in Maloko Quarry such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, Sales & Delivery, Administration, Safety & Environment, Community & Government Relationship to achieve budgeted profitability in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements:

- Education: University graduate majoring in Mining Engineering

- Experiences:

• 8 years experiences in Mining industry or quarry in Managerial Level for Bachelor degree
• 12 years experiences in Mining industry or quarry in Managerial Level for Diploma

- Computer Literate: MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)

- Language: Good command of English, both oral & written

- Other qualifications:

• Having license in Technical Mine Manager, Shot Firer as well as Safety, Health and Environment Certificate
• Good in Mining and Plant Process knowledge
• Ability to plan, design and execute all quarry process
• Good in analytical & problem solving skills, especially in technical, safety and environmental aspects as well as costs and benefit for all activities in quarry
• Extensive knowledge of Law related to Mines, Safety and Environmental, precedent and Practice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Having knowledge of Management Safety, Health and Environment in Mining Industry
