Our Northwest Indiana client is looking for a Commercial Loan Workout Specialist with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. This person is responsible for minimizing the banks losses and controlling delinquencies for their commercial loan portfolio. The qualified individual could progress to Commercial Loan Workout Officer.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Related Field.
Sound working knowledge of commercial loan analysis and/or legal collection process.
Detail oriented, well organized, and able to work independently and consistently. Strong persuasive customer service skills, and good written and verbal communication skills.
