We met about three years ago when you were recruiting school nurses at a college job fair. At the time I had just accepted a position on the nursing staff of Oak Grove Hospital. But today, as the mother of a toddler, and one in need of a job with regular hours in a less stressful atmosphere, I am looking for a position as a school nurse.

I’m writing this cover letter to inquire about such a position. Are there any openings available to someone with my experience level and qualifications? I have my state license and good references from my supervisor at the hospital.
