An exporter company requires an experienced office administrator for its operational office in North Jakarta.
Main responsibilities:
1. Maintain a register of all company documents, licenses and permits and ensure they are up to date
2. Renew expatriate employment permits
3. Ensure all insurance policies are current
4. Arrange both domestic and international travel
5. Petty cash administration
6. Assist with business contract and agreements
7. General administration duties
8. Min 5 years administration experience
The ideal candidate will be reliable, pay attention to details and be able to work as part of a professional team, English language ability is important, and legal background would be helpful

Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Instrument / Physics Engineering
-Min. 3 – 10 years experiences in oil and gas industry is a must
-Able to prepare PFD, P&ID, detailed drawing and MTO
-Able to interpret client’s briefs, prepare and develop sketch plans for client’s approval
-Familiar with standard codes for engineering
-Fluent in English both oral and written
-Team player
-Good intra personal, interpersonal and communication skill
-Must be willing to travel and be assigned to site
-Good health
