The Singapore International School (SIS) and its affiliated schools under the distinctive name “Singapore School” (SIS) is working in cooperation with the International Finance Corporation (member of the World Bank Group) in a mission to “bring quality education to all.”

Set up in 1996 in Jakarta, Indonesia, SIS has today more than 7 campuses in Indonesia and is looking to expand within Indonesia and throughout S.E. Asia. Each school provides the unique SIS curriculum
which is modeled after the reputed Singapore education system but taught in an international environment. The focus of the SIS curriculum, which is taught in English, is to provide the core
knowledge and skills to create a culture of learning throughout the lives of our students. A balance between academics, sports and the aesthetics is central in the SIS curriculum. Classes range from
early childhood to primary, secondary and pre-university levels.

Examinations include the Cambridge IGCSE and International A levels.

With current expansion plans, we are in need of:

1.Teachers / Assistants
Qualification:
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S-1)
- Fluent English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Have a passion for teaching and working with children
- Preferably experienced with children

2. Junior Secretary
Qualification:
- Min. Diploma (D3) in Secretary
- Min. 1 year experience
- Fluent English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Pleasant personality
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Able to multitask

Job Description
* Assist sales team in handling, coordinate and follow-up on all sales enquiries
* Provide liaison work between customer and equipment manufacturer
* Project status reporting, monitoring and follow-up
* Ensure proper filling and perform necessary administrative work on sales transaction and enquiries
* To communicate and negotiate with relevant party concerning project/sales
* Able to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
* Provide administrative support to any other assignments or tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Manager

Requirement
* Minimum GCE ‘O’/'A’ Level, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical
* At least 1 year relevant experience in sales or sales support
* Strong communication and interpersonal skill
* Pleasant and honest personality
* Highly resourceful, and have an extraordinary eye for details
* Responsible, well organised and a good team player
* Self starter and can work independently
* Able to multi-task
* Fresh graduate willing to learn or fast learner are welcome to apply
