Job Description
Exciting career opportunity for a Fire Alarm & Security Sales Engineer & Project Mgr. to join one of the region’s fastest growing companies. Integrated Systems of Florida, Inc. is a design-build systems engineering, construction and technology company with locations in Tampa, Orlando & the panhandle of Florida. The primary function of this position is to identify, promote and sell ISOF’s products. Must be able to establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and utilizing ISOF marketing strategies; to develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings; develop a sales plan for assigned territory to include segmenting territory based on customer type; to qualify and prioritize opportunities, and to maintain appropriate sales records. conduct seminars, demonstrations, etc. To develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations and perform necessary follow-up for successful closing of the sale. Must maintain established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of follow on sales;

Job Requirements
Experience in designing addressable and fire alarm systems for commercial buildings; Estimate from floor plans, boilerplates, attributes and drawings; NICET certification a great plus. Knowledge of electrical codes and standards Knowledge of Class A and B systems, including NFPA 70, NFPA 72 and NFPA 101 Fire Alarm panel programming via laptop computer a plus Ability to read design drawings and wiring diagrams, interpret 1-line diagram, multiplex schematics, and points list mapping documents Communicates professionally. Our continued success and growth has produced a need for a Fire Alarm Sales Representative position in our Florida offices.
Requirements: Design background in large access control & CCTV systems, both orally and in writing. Career motivated; willing to learn and take additional coursework Ability to write specs – master specs a must! Mass notification experience preferred Ability to obtain a clearance.
